Add dynamic attributes

      As luks said in MB Style:

      "Just a note that dynamic attributes were one of the main ideas behind works (thingies, really ) in NGS, they just weren't implemented in this iteration.

      This could be used for all kind of useful stuff, from catalog numbers to lyrics language or CC licensing.
