Right now it is way too easy for all the hard work done separating ISRCs be undone by a blind merge based on recording times. Could we please show a warning and ask people to mark a checkbox (I confirm I am sure... etc.) before allowing this? Ideally we would also a) require an edit note for it and/or b) make it fail on expiration if no votes are cast - although I understand the latter might be too harsh.
