If you add a specific credit to a track, but you don't select an MB artist (doing it later in the Missing Entities tab), the edit note tab shows two problems:

1) The track artist appears grayed out and with no link (note that I selected an existing artist in Add Missing Entities)

2) The new recording credit (if applying changes to recordings) is blank (see picture)
