Forbid (or better strip silently) some Unicode codepoints

      Some Unicode codepoints are never appropriate in our database text fields, e.g. ZERO WIDTH SPACE or BOM (nikki is removing some of them by hand right now, see e.g. edit #17349613). These codepoints should be stripped automatically from input.
