Inconsistent handling of default/normal data quality

      In most cases, we make no distinction between "default" and "normal", e.g. when displaying or editing a release.

      In the edit search and statistics though, we have these separate, which is confusing, because the distinction doesn't exist anywhere else. IMO we should just get rid of the distinction.
