"[Use] beta site" link isn't relative to the root

      Description

      1. Go to https://beta.musicbrainz.org/release/0600cd78-a7b8-4d1b-8922-b0f1679f8e74
      2. Click "Stop using beta site"
      3. Enjoy the nice error being served

      Simply changing the link to "/set-beta-preference" instead of "set-beta-preference" should fix this, but perhaps .uri_for() should have done this by itself, so maybe there's another error somewhere?
