Wikidata URL cleanup should also remove the "fragment" part of the URL

      The cleanup function does not remove the fragment part of the URL (the last part starting with #). Example: http://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q504840#sitelinks should change to http://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q504840
