i had mistakenly included specific dates for several release-level instrument relationships, which were applied.

i then made a set of follow-up edits to remove those specific dates, but they all failed,and the failed edits reflect an inaccuracy - that i had submitted a change to the same dates:

iirc, even if i had made no changes to the dates, normally the edits would just not proceed, right?
