it should only be shown in artist endpoint

I think the confusion may be that the blog post was linked to http://tickets.musicbrainz.org/browse/MBS-5310 which in the comment describes both removing aliases and tags ad removing various artist alias/tags ins all situations but the title of the issue only refers to the relation part.
