Remove button when uploading covers is shown after the image has been submitted

      It looks like https://bitbucket.org/metabrainz/musicbrainz-server/pull-request/370/mbs-6613-use-mb-button-styles-on-cancel/diff hides the button when the image is being submitted, but not afterwards, so it reappears.
