Artist credits not renamed from artist edit page unless the artist name is changed

      At the bottom of the artist edit form, there are checkboxes to rename existing artist credits “to follow the artist name”. These only do something when the artist name is changed at the same time; otherwise, no edits to change the artist credits are entered.
