Turn ISNI number into link

      We have ISNI links in our database, but we don't link to the ISNI database. We've been asked (nicely) to link to the ISNI database and I agree that we should do that. Lets change the ISNI text into a link that points to:

      http://isni-url.oclc.nl/isni/<isn>
