The documentation on running musicbrainz server is very brief in section "starting the server" (https://github.com/metabrainz/musicbrainz-server/blob/master/INSTALL.md#starting-the-server)
The should be at least another example command that is suitable for running a small-scale production instance of mb.
Here, I'm thinking about a command that starts mb, only logs errors, and writes all outputs to a specified file.
Having to wade through the plackup docs (and all the software it is based on) is not entirely user-friendly.
This would be an intermediate step on the ladder of ways to run mb; between using the ready-made vm and the provided 100%-debug configuration flavor.
