Copy Disc ID

      The Disc ID page currently allows editors to remove or move Disc IDs.

      I have a situation where I know that a Disc ID applies to two releases, but one of the releases doesn't have the Disc ID. It would be useful if I could copy the Disc ID from one release to the other, instead of just move or remove it.
