If I write something in a search field (e.g. in the area field on https://beta.musicbrainz.org/place/create ) and then try to remove something earlier in the string, each key press moves me to the end of the string, i.e. if I have "foobar" and try to remove "foo" by backspacing, I get "fobar" with the cursor now at the end.
