I can't reorder the tracks of the here below release.

I eventually understood that it is because there is an attached TOC !

I think there was or anyway there should be a text explaining can't be reordered because of (thanks to) Disc ID attached to this tracklist.
The reorder arrows should be hidden too as they are both ineffective and make you think you can do what you can't do.
