On /edits page, "merge release groups" table displays incorrectly

      the table showing release groups to be merged, <table class="tbl merge-release-groups"> , is given width:100%

      • in FF 25 and 26, that table overlaps with adjacent <div class="edit-actions c open ">
      • in Chromium 31 and IE11 it displays below <div class="edit-actions c open ">

      reproduced on production and beta
