Various Artists should not be editable

      Currently the VA artist is editable (see http://test.musicbrainz.org/edit/644) so you can change name, country, etc

      As far as I know, this is not allowed on the previous version: http://bugs.musicbrainz.org/browser/mb_server/branches/RELEASE_20090524-BRANCH/cgi-bin/MusicBrainz/Server/Moderation/MOD_EDIT_ARTIST.pm#L189

      I don't know if this also happens with 'Deleted Artist', '[unknown]', etc
