Looking at the example URLs in MBS-4154 (as long as the fix is not merged), the page with the error message has a limit dropdown and the radio buttons for index/advanced/direct search (without the buttons, actually) - neither of those are used on the regular /taglookup page, though. there's also no search box to enter data to search for.
