The counts of how many often particular tags are used, as displayed in the tag cloud on https://musicbrainz.org/tags , come from the ref_count column of the tag table. But that column hasn't been updated since NGS. We need to at least turn off the tag cloud, and it would be better to fix this to use count() instead.
