Uploading PDF cover art requires the user to switch to the "All files" filetype in the file selection dialog

      We should at least have an option "PDF files" or PDF included in the "Image Files" type. Otherwise it's not obvious that you can upload PDF files.

          Apparently, a comma-separated list of types is acceptable, so we could simply add PDF.
