Remove MAC authentication for WS

      We discussed this a while ago, but I guess there's no ticket for it. Anyway, it needs to go, tests are failing and it hardly works anyway, and luks mentioned that he'd basically only added it because he figured picard wouldn't want to use HTTPS, which it now is, so.
