manual→automatic series edit leads to potentially great data loss

      for the automod's autoedit status, i thought automods couldn't autoedit edits that loss info.
      can you tell if manual→automatic series edit destruct the manually set order ? if yes (som series have huge amount of elements),

      • this either shouldn't be autoedit by anyone OR/AND
      • should be displayed the former order (anyway) in the edit so that at least it can be reverted if anyone notice.

      something like that ?

          The problem is that there is no way to see anywhere what the manual ordering was before breaking it.
          So reverting is not only very long to do (many clicks) but even potentially impossible (nowhere we see the previous oerdring).
