admin/config.sh means configuration is split between files (and since checked-in complicates customization)

      admin/config.sh contains specifications for where to copy fullexport and replication files when running an export, as well as modes for those files. But, if you want to change them, you're changing a file that's checked into the repository, and it's a separate location than all the other config.

      It should be moved into DBDefs, which can already be used in shell scripts via ShowDBDefs.
