Right now we use 24 hour times. According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Date_and_time_notation_in_the_United_States#Time the USA uses the 12 hour clock almost exclusively, so it would be nice to be able to display localized times.

We do already have preferences for date/time format which we can probably use.
