Right now, we suggest the following to users: "You must provide an edit note when adding a release. Even just a URL or something like "CD in hand" helps!". That seemed like a good idea, but we've seen people using it as a "default" edit note, sometimes even for digital downloads. While it is better than nothing when true, I think we should stop showing it as part of the default suggestion.
