The two scripts admin/MBImport.pl and admin/replication/ImportReplicationChanges basically do the same thing (read data from files, put into the database) and have similar code, e.g. the ImportTable and findFile subs are almost identical. This should be factored out. Perhaps the scripts could even be merged.
