I've noticed a situation where a pseudo-release added earlier has a Disc ID and the later added official release does not.

The report should look at pseudo releases that have attached Disc IDs and see if there is a related official album that does not have a Disc ID (either translated/transliterated relationship or an official release with the same Disc ID supporting medium and number of tracks).
