Beta: Release groups claim untruly to have CB reviews

      Just so it is tracked: Release group pages say "There are reviews on CritiqueBrainz" globally (that is really "There are undef reviews on CritiqueBrainz"). Apparently, a configuration issue causes the requests to the CB webservice to fail.
