As far as I can tell, there's no current way to see the UUID of the relationship inside in a relationship edit from the website. For example, I don't see "46981330-d73c-4ba5-845f-47f467072cf8" inside the source code for the page displaying an edit of that type. (It's not in the raw edit data either.)

http://musicbrainz.org/relationship/46981330-d73c-4ba5-845f-47f467072cf8 has a common feature of guidelines in that it has very specific rules/definitions in the "Guidelines" section on what constitutes the relationship. In this example,

The presence of a producer relationship on a release by a label does not imply that the producer credited on that release also is therefore valid for a producer position relationship with that label. The artist being linked with this relationship type must be documented as having held the producer position with that label.​
