Replacing hyphen-minus with em-dash should be an auto-edit

      Replacing "е" with "ё" (for example, in a track title) is considered as auto-edit and accepted immediately. Replacing dash (minus, "-") with em-dash (long dash, "—") is NOT considered as auto-edit and takes a week to apply. I believe such change should be treated as auto-edit too.

          Proposed code adds both em-dash and horizontal bar to the class of interchangeable dash characters for auto-edits.

          Just to make it clear: if hyphen-minus → em-dash conversion becomes an auto-edit, the reverse conversion will become an auto-edit too.
