More syntax support in setlists when creating events

      Can we extend the syntax of setlists so that the following would be possible (i.e. hyperlinking artists after a song title):

      • [mbid|Highway 61 Revisited] (with @[mbid|Jackson Browne] and @[mbid|Bonnie Raitt])

      Right now all the special symbols *,@ and # can only be used at the start of a line

          I was adding an event (something I never do).
          We should just be asked to paste the plain entity URL.
          It's too cumbersome to type all those symbols (@[|]), and to make us remove the start of the URL (https://musicbrainz.org/artst/), manually.

          We should use same syntax as existing annotation syntax ([work:mbid|text] and [artist:mbid|text]).

          Yes, please. It would be really helpful to intermingle works and artists in cases like this:
