Downvotes are hidden elsewhere, but shown on these pages in case a user needs to see their downvotes. But there's no indication on these pages of which entities are upvoted and which are downvoted.

For an example: https://musicbrainz.org/user/reosarevok/tag/classical currently shows 4 artists, but 3 of those are upvoted and 1 is downvoted. As such, there should be 3 in the main (upvoted) page, and 1 when showing downvotes instead.
