We made some work merges and modbot seems to be ignoring them.

We tried weeks ago to make the edit, and got it voted, and it mysteriously stayed open. We made another edit and it hasn't applied either

(We have about 20 work merges like this, which all have 3 votes, but haven't been merged [at this time they're about 8 hours 'overdue'] - we can provide more examples if you want)
