As ~~MBS-8636~~ was fixed, doing this does not return an internal server error anymore, but the same entities can still be added more than once to the same series.
E.g., see the last 6 release groups listed under http://musicbrainz.org/series/34f3e11e-dfa4-43f1-b094-6228d5f0af4c.

When this is fixed, could the duplicate relationships be automatically purged?
