Audiobooks have an URL http://itunes.apple.com/??/audiobook/*/id*,
e.g. https://itunes.apple.com/us/audiobook/the-martian-unabridged/id624083610?mt=3&ign-mpt=uo%3D4
or https://itunes.apple.com/de/audiobook/der-marsianer/id923371856?mt=3&ign-mpt=uo%3D4

Podcasts have an URL http://itunes.apple.com/??/podcast/*/id*,
e.g. https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/bia2.com-masouds-podcast/id469326376

It would be nice if these audiobook and podcast URLs would be cleaned up the same way as iTunes album URLs.
