When adding multiple artists to a track (elsewhere???) and you subsequently remove one of the artists (hitting the red cross) the conjoiner (in my case comma) is not removed. It also seems to leave white space there as well.

I noticed this whilst copying and pasting one set of artists to another track and then editing.

This seemed to all work Ok prior to the upgrade, perhaps.
