MMD 2.0 schema does not list the <isni-list> subelement of <artist>

      The <isni-list> follows the <ipi> (why that exists, I don't know, since there is <ipi-list> and the MB website does not have any UI to select the "default" IPI code) and <ipi-list> elements.
