The "overview" tab of Area pages currently contain pretty much all relationships for the given Area (see e.g., New York: https://musicbrainz.org/area/74e50e58-5deb-4b99-93a2-decbb365c07f ). It would be good to maybe move some/all of these relationships to their own tab(s) and maybe make the Area page a bit more of an actual overview (similar to MBS-4300).
