Remove the FreeDB search option

      Apparently the FreeDB search is not coming back - but the option is still there, and just returns a search error:
      http://musicbrainz.org/search?query=ibert+piano+music&type=freedb&limit=25&method=indexed

      This should just be removed from the UI if it's not going to work anymore.
