Gulpfile fails to build scripts in website containers

      This happens consistently when starting a musicbrainz-website container:

      [06:29:31] Using gulpfile ~/musicbrainz-server/gulpfile.js
[06:29:31] Starting 'default'...
module "../build/rev-manifest.json" not found (required from /home/musicbrainz/musicbrainz-server/root/static/scripts/rev-manifest.js)

      Because the environment variable MBS_STATIC_BUILD_DIR is set, it should actually be looking there instead ("../tmp-build").
