List EP release groups above singles on artist pages

EP releases often consist of entirely new material and are regarded with almost the same relevance as albums, specially if the content is not re-released in an album. It seems odd that singles take priority on artist pages appearing above EPs, specially considering there are singles taken from EPs as well.
Which is why I think EP release groups should be listed right after album release groups, with singles at third spot.

We sort these in such a way now that changing this order would be a schema change, so marking it as such.

It's probably not possible to define different orders based on the main market the artist is active in and since albums are currently listed before singles I'm assuming we are not prioritizing the Japanese market.

So I think it would make a lot of sense to list EPs before singles. Especially since some artists don't release full length albums, but release EPs as their main releases and singles only to promote them.

E.g. look at Lucy Camp. Her main releases are currently shown below a mixtape and her singles.

In the Japanese market, albums are basically a compilation of previously released singles, rather than the singles promoting a big album release.

That said, I don't think anyone would be too surprised if we put EPS above singles, even Japanese people.

I don't quite get your point... The singles usually come out first because they promote an album/EP

In some markets, Albums often consist of old material, and it's the Singles that come out first (as new material), so I don't think that criteria is going to make any sense for ordering.
