The text on area pages underneath the area name reads: “<area type>, in <parent area>” (example, here “City, in Zeeland”. That comma doesn’t make much sense in English and many other languages.

I suggest removing the comma.

By the way, on Transifex the string is “in {parent_areas}” (omitting the area type). For some translations it may be better to change that string to contain the entire line.
