The proposed new JSON data dumps currently have a CC-by-nc-sa 3.0 license in the LICENSE file. Given our change in business model, we should make new data dumps CC0. It no longer makes sense to use the non-commercial license.

At some point in the future we should also change the live data feed license, but lets do one thing at a time.
