The begin dates for edits and places are both displayed with the same label in English (“Opened:”), but can’t be translated separately. This is e.g. problematic for German, where the current translation is “Erstellt”. This is appropriate for an edit, but sounds really odd in relation to a place (where the translation could be “Eröffnet”*). The same goes for the end date, where it is unproblematic for German, but might be a problem in other languages.
