I'm using Ubuntu 14.04, and followed all the steps to create a clean database, but in the process of creating the database, i.e., after running ./admin/InitDb.pl --createdb --clean, the following error appears:

cannot load library "/usr/lib/postgresql/9.6/lib/musicbrainz_collate.so": /usr/lib/postgresql/9.6/lib/musicbrainz_collate.so: undefined symbol: ucol_close_54.

What could possibly be the problem?
