wikidata url format redirect addition

      wikipedia has decided to link to wikidata entries in the format https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:EntityPage/Q339359

      while our parser accepts only https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q339359

      requesting the ability to paste the former and have it reformat the url to the latter automatically.
