When a user inputs the same instrument twice (or maybe more) in the relationship editor but credits them differently in the free text field then the free text field for one of the instruments is not saved.

For example, on this album, the booklet credits Arjen Lucassen as performing both Solina strings (a synthesizer) and synthesizers. I added both credits to the recordings but after clicking done in the add relationship window, only one of the synth relationships appeared in green with the other missing. Then, after clicking enter edit, both synth relationships had been added to the recordings but only one had the appropriate "credited as" field saved.
