Allow multiple users to share one collection

      In some cases (like my collection of composers who have been cleaned up, or KEXP's collection of vinyl the station owns), it would be quite useful if multiple editors could add (and remove) entries from a collection.

      Ideally it should be possible to select whether only certain people can edit the collection, or everyone.
