Add support for fallback Patreon user URLs with numeric ID

      Some Patreon users have an alternate URL form, https://www.patreon.com/user?u=\d+ using their user number instead of a user ID.

      So artists DM DOKURO and Sukesha Ray both have the wrong Patreon URL because of this.
